Warm BBT Salad
Bacon, sub the lettuce for Brussel Sprouts, and Tomato Salad! Bake everything in the oven for about 20 minutes, toss and serve warm! A delicious play on the BLT Salad.

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Prep the brussel sprouts. Remove the outer layer of leaves. Chop off stem. Cut in half smaller brussel sprouts and cut into quarters the larger brussel sprouts. Set aside.
  3. Slice the cherry tomatoes into halves.
  4. Lay out the bacon so that it will be exposed in the pan, yet you can spread vegetables around all the pieces.
  5. Spread vegetables between each slice of bacon and on the outer edges, ensuring brussel sprouts are also exposed.
  6. Bake at 400F for 18-25 minutes. Check at 15 minutes just to ensure nothing is overcooking.
  7. Once the bacon is cooked to crispy and the brussel sprouts are browning, remove from oven.
  8. Scoop out bacon and vegetables into a bowl and mix.
  9. Crumble bacon into bite size pieces if it hasn't already crumbled.
  10. Sprinkle soy sauce over the salad and toss. Serve warm.
