  1. Cut bell peppers in half length-wise. Remove seeds and stem.
  2. Boil hot water and place each pepper half in the boiling water for about 5 minutes. (If you skip this step the green peppers will still be a little crunchy when they are finished baking in the oven)
  3. Cook meat in pan at medium-low heat for about 10-15 minutes. Brown and break apart. Pour off excess liquid.
  4. Add butter and chopped cauliflower and allow to cook together for 10 minutes.
  5. Add all seasonings and Worcestershire sauce and allow to cook for about 5 minutes.
  6. Immediately stir in tomato sauce and 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese.
  7. Spoon into bell peppers.
  8. Top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
  9. Cook at 350F for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand for 10 minutes before serving (center will be very hot).
  10. Makes 6 halves of stuffed bell peppers.
