  1. Dice onion.
  2. Cook 2 tbsp butter and diced onions in non-stick pan covered for 5 minutes.
  3. Cut cherry tomatoes in half.
  4. Add stew meat, garlic powder, rosemary, paprika, 1/2 tsp salt, cinnamon and tomatoes to pan and allow to cook covered for 10 minutes.
  5. In the meantime, grind cauliflower into fine cauliflower rice and put in microwave safe bowl.
  6. Add cream cheese, 2 tbsp butter, 1/2 tsp salt and shredded cheese to cauliflower rice.
  7. Microwave cauliflower on high for 1 minute.
  8. Mix together cauliflower/cheeses and microwave for another minute until the mixture mixes easily together, but shredded cheese is not gooey.
  9. Mix in one whole egg and psyllium husk powder into cauliflower mixture.
  10. Meat should now be cooked and tender with leftover juices in pan.
  11. Pour meat mixture (including liquid) into the bottom of an 8x8 casserole pan (or similar size) with tall edges (not a brownie pan).
  12. Spread cauliflower mixture on top of the meat.
  13. Bake uncovered in oven at 375F for 25 minutes until liquid comes out edges of cauliflower and cauliflower begins to brown on top.
  14. Remove from oven and let the pie rest for 10 minutes before serving.
