  1. In a bowl, whisk eggs, salt and heavy cream together. In non-stick pan melt butter on medium low. Spread butter around pan. Pour in egg mixture into pan and cover with lid. Every few minutes stir eggs with a spatula until solidified. Remove from pan and enjoy.
