Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients (except sour cream and avocado) to crockpot on low heat.
  2. Allow to cook for 4 hours.
  3. At 4 hours chicken should be very tender. Shred chicken with two forks (you can either remove the breasts and shred chicken on plate. Or be very careful and shread them in the crockpot. Careful, liquid will be hot.)
  4. Add chicken back to crockpot and let cook another hour.
  5. Serve when ready. Garnish with 1 tbsp sour cream, 1/4 sliced avocado. Sour cream and avocado are included in nutrition.
