  1. With your hands, mix egg, ground beef and worcestershire sauce together until fully mixed.
  2. Mix dry seasonings, psyllium husk powder and salt together in a bowl.
  3. Sprinkle over ground beef mixture.
  4. Fully mix with hands until seasonings are mixed throughout the beef.
  5. Separate into 4 equal sections and flatten into a round patty about 1" thick. Cook on the grill or on a non-stick skillet on medium- low heat, covered for about 5 minutes.
  6. Flip and press with spatula. Cook another 5-10 minutes until when you press on the burger with spatula the juices run clear.
