Tasty burgers. Once you try these flavored burgers, you won't go back to plain ones.
With your hands, mix egg, ground beef and worcestershire sauce together until fully mixed.
Mix dry seasonings, psyllium husk powder and salt together in a bowl.
Sprinkle over ground beef mixture.
Fully mix with hands until seasonings are mixed throughout the beef.
Separate into 4 equal sections and flatten into a round patty about 1" thick. Cook on the grill or on a non-stick skillet on medium- low heat, covered for about 5 minutes.
Flip and press with spatula. Cook another 5-10 minutes until when you press on the burger with spatula the juices run clear.
