My absolute favorite keto snack that let's me pretend I'm eating carbs. These crackers can have a nice crunch if you follow our directions and do it right. They also have a nice cheesy flavor the minimizes the almond taste.
I like to eat these crackers alone, dipped in sour cream, or like normal crackers would be: topped with cheese and meat.
These crackers are dense and high calorie, so don't go thinking you can eat 10 and have the same amount of calories as a regular box of crackers.
These crackers would go great topped with our chicken salad recipe.

Keto Almond Crackers
Yummy keto crackers that can be used for dipping, topping with cheese and or just plain snacking.
Mix all ingredients by hand. Mash and mix until thoroughly mixed.
Spread foil on a flat cookie sheet or 9x13" pan. Cookie sheet preferred.
Drop cracker batter onto foil. Press and spread almond mixture onto foil. It should almost spread to completely fill a 9x13" pan and be approximately 1/4" thick. Use piece of parchment paper on top of dough to spread thinner without sticking on hands.
Place cookie sheet or pan into oven and set timer.
At about 10 minutes of cooking, remove from oven and slice with a pizza cutter into about 24 crackers (4 rows x 6 rows) and spread apart slightly. (This will help with crisping and browning of crackers.)
Allow to cook for remaining time, until edges of crackers have slightly browned.
Remove from oven. Spread crackers apart from each other and allow to fully cool.
Once fully cooled (at least an hour), package in tupperware. If not fully cooled, the crackers will not stay crisp in storage.
If you don't mind a slight burnt flavor, you can allow the crackers to cook longer to crisp more.
