  1. Melt butter in non-stick pan on medium-low heat.
  2. Crack eggs and lightly drop egg in pan. Discard shell.
  3. Cover with lid and cook for about 5 minutes, until whites are no longer runny.
  4. Flip eggs with a spatula and cook another 3-5 minutes depending on desired hardness of yolk.
  5. Remove from pan and enjoy!
