Fried Bacon Breakfast

This is simple cooked bacon for breakfast for your 28 day meal plan.

Ways to cook bacon:

Pan fried:  Lay full bacon strips in large skillet pan.  Cook at medium heat, covered to keep grease from popping up.  Cook for 10-15 minutes.  Check bacon frequently to ensure it is not burning on the down side.  Flip over and allow the other side to cook once the down side is brown, but not burnt.  Remove when entire piece is brown.  It will harden as it cools.

Oven cooked: Lay full bacon strips in 9x13" baking pan.  Cook at 375F for 20-30 minutes.  Check bacon frequently to ensure it is not burning on the down side.  If desired, flip over and allow the other side to cook at around 15 minute mark, but it is not necessary.  Once all bacon is brown but not burnt, remove pan from oven.  Remove bacon from pan and it will harden as it cools.
