Keto Dill Salmon Burgers


A new take on salmon. If you don't like salmon filets, these dill salmon burgers are an awesome way to have salmon without too much salmon taste.  They'd be great on a bun for your non-keto family, so cook up a batch for everyone to get their omega-3's!

Garnish with a side of mayo for dipping!  Mayo in the ingredients is included in the nutrition info!

Instructions
  1. Break apart the raw salmon filets by hand. Make sure to tear apart any chunks that are stuck together the best you can. Mash and break apart until it looks like ground salmon.
  2. Mix in all other ingredients until fully mixed through.
  3. Divide into 4 equal portions and form into a burger patty shape, about 1" tall.
  4. Heat olive oil a non-stick skill on medium-low heat.
  5. Once warm, place salmon patties in pan. Cook covered for 5-7 minutes.
  6. Flip burgers once slightly browned on the bottom. Press down patties with spatula to keep burger shape.
  7. Cook for another 5-7 minutes.
  8. Remove from pan.
  9. Serve with a side of mayonnaise (2 tbsp per burger).
