Instructions
  1. Chop cauliflower into long grain rice size pieces.
  2. Add cauliflower to non-stick skillet pan. Heat cauliflower at medium-low heat for 20 minutes, allowing moisture to wick off. Keep an eye on it that it's cooking, but not hot enough that the cauliflower is browning.
  3. After about 20 minutes on low, add in the lemon juice and allow to cook another 5 minutes.
  4. Then add in butter and stir constantly until butter has mixed into all the cauliflower.
  5. If not fully cooked allow to cook until cauliflower is at the desired softness.
  6. Sprinkle salt to flavor.
