Ingredients
- 1 medium head cauliflower
- 3 tbsp butter grass-fed
- 3 tbsp concentrated lemon juice
- 0.25 tsp pink himalayan salt

Instructions
- Chop cauliflower into long grain rice size pieces.
- Add cauliflower to non-stick skillet pan. Heat cauliflower at medium-low heat for 20 minutes, allowing moisture to wick off. Keep an eye on it that it's cooking, but not hot enough that the cauliflower is browning.
- After about 20 minutes on low, add in the lemon juice and allow to cook another 5 minutes.
- Then add in butter and stir constantly until butter has mixed into all the cauliflower.
- If not fully cooked allow to cook until cauliflower is at the desired softness.
- Sprinkle salt to flavor.
