I bake this cauliflower recipe at almost every family meal that needs a keto side dish. Most of my family doesn't eat keto, but they still love these seasoned "fries".
In fact, my sister asks for them and even my 2 year old nephew (who doesn't eat vegetables) will have a few pieces. I think these would be a great dish to bring to a football tail-gate.
Now the next trick will be forming them into the shape of french fries. Hmm, any suggestions?!
In my opinion, the more crispy burnt stuff the better, so don't be afraid to broil them for a few minutes at the end of cooking. But do keep an eye on them around the 30 minute mark. I've now made them in several ovens and the baking time varies tremendously.
