  1. Blend the oat fiber, eggs, baking powder, salt and butter with a mixer.
  2. Stir in the psyllium husk powder.
  3. Fill muffin tins half full.
  4. Bake at 350F for 15 minutes.
  5. Allow to cool to separate easily from the muffin tin.
