In a ziploc bag, sprinkle 1.5 tsp ginger, 1.5 tsp garlic powder and 1/4 cup soy sauce. Close ziploc bag and mix marinade together.
Add chopped beef. Allow to marinade for 1 hour.
Cut broccoli into large size florets.
About 10 minutes before beef is finished marinading, cook broccoli with coconut oil in skillet covered at medium heat. Cook for about 10-15 minutes.
Add marinated beef and cook for another 10-15 minutes, stirring beef and broccoli together.
Near the end there will be a lot of liquid in the skillet. Sprinkle in almond flour and psyllium husk powder and mix into liquid and beef and broccoli. This should soak up a lot of the reserved liquid in only a few minutes.
