Asian Beef & Broccoli
Marinade the beef for at least 1 hour ahead of cooking to allow to get better flavor.

  1. Chop beef into bite size pieces.
  2. In a ziploc bag, sprinkle 1.5 tsp ginger, 1.5 tsp garlic powder and 1/4 cup soy sauce. Close ziploc bag and mix marinade together.
  3. Add chopped beef. Allow to marinade for 1 hour.
  4. Cut broccoli into large size florets.
  5. About 10 minutes before beef is finished marinading, cook broccoli with coconut oil in skillet covered at medium heat. Cook for about 10-15 minutes.
  6. Add marinated beef and cook for another 10-15 minutes, stirring beef and broccoli together.
  7. Near the end there will be a lot of liquid in the skillet. Sprinkle in almond flour and psyllium husk powder and mix into liquid and beef and broccoli. This should soak up a lot of the reserved liquid in only a few minutes.
  8. Remove from heat and serve.
